Some States Are Seeing Even Bigger Increases. Pennsylvania Regulators Are Now Warning Of A 45% Rate Hike And Starting Monday, Some Customers In Massachusetts, Connecticut, And New Hampshire, Will See An Increase Of Up To 50%.
